CFI Sacramento
Sacramento flight school with a fleet table of eleven aircraft and tiered instructor rates.
Sacramento Executive Airport, California. Part 61 or Part 141 is not stated on the pages we read.
What sets it apart
Its own $10,900 private pilot example prices a Cessna 172 at $200 an hour, while its fleet table lists Cessna 172s at $220 to $250, so the example runs $20 to $50 an hour under the table.
What the page prints
Cessna 172N at $220 to $230 an hour with fuel, instruction $55 to $75 an hour.
Taken from the school's own page. The school says the hourly aircraft rate includes fuel. The page shows no date.

One dual hour
$275 to $285 per hour. Cessna 172N at $220 plus instruction at $55 to $65. This adds the two published rates. It is not a quote, and it is not like for like with schools that include different things.
The school's own private pilot estimate
$10,900. Hours it assumes: 40 flight hours in a Cessna 172 at $200 an hour, plus 20 hours of ground and 30 hours of flight instruction at $55 and about $150 of materials. Its example uses $200 an hour; its fleet table lists Cessna 172s at $220 to $250.
The FAA minimum is 40 flight hours (14 CFR 61.109). An estimate built on fewer hours than a student needs will be too low.
